Located in Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood 2333 Fairmount has 33 apartments , multiple ground floor commercial spaces, an extensive green roof, a shared roof deck and 21 underground parking spaces.  The black brick façade is articulated by projecting and recessed brick framing pairs of windows across the façade.  The brick work courses perfectly with no cut brick over the façade.  This modern addition to the neighborhood fits in nicely with its more traditional context.
