1723 Ridge Avenue is along the emerging Ridge Avenue commercial corridor.  Within a white brick façade a large grid of windows is articulated by a varying configuration of window sizes and quantities.  There is then a subtle recessed brick grid over the entire elevation with a row of recessed verticals forming a cornice.  The running bond façade is coursed so there is no cut brick.  A shared roof deck here provides beautiful skyline views.
