Located in Philadelphia’s Fairmount neighborhood, this mixed-use building has 18 apartments and ground floor commercial. The new 24,500 square foot, four-story structure was designed to compliment the surrounding historic neighborhood. Using arched windows and a formed metal cornice, CANNOdesign created a new building with a distinct identity.
