A penthouse renovation and addition in a luxury apartment building on Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia The original apartment was connected to the addition with a sculptural staircase, a two-story bookcase, and a hundred hanging pendants. The addition included, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a den, and a 1,500 square foot roof deck complete with a pergola, a hot tub and a fire pit on top of the city.
