This project is on an oddly shaped site, with frontage on two major streets. Ridge Avenue, the more commercial street, is the entrance to the ground floor commercial space. The proportions of this facade are exaggerated by extending the masonry beyond the roof line. The Park Avenue facade is the residential entrance, and the facade proportions were also exaggerated, but horizontally adding decks to the larger 2-bedroom corner units.
